In different part of Prague’s public space a big white balloon will appear for a short period, ‘Object Of Emergency 12# - PARACHUTE & BLOWER’. A temporary non-space alternating the passengers route, filling narrow alleys or covering a bench. Means to interrupt dialogue and making a visual ‘HALT’ in the streets for the numerous bodies that crowd this touristic space, temporarily attempting to take control of public space.

[...]During our last summer [2014] we were at the beach, and each night the light of the nearby lighthouse kept swerving around our tent in it’s monotone mode. It drove my attention to the historical function in relation to the current time, as reactive and interactive time as we experience today. The movement of the light seemed mechanical and non-responsive to me. If a ship would crash into an obstacle, the light would keep moving around in the same mode, negligent of the immediate emergency. The idea was born to build Object of Emergency #38 The Lighthouse. An object or extension of the body to wear, literally embodying this emergency. A responsive object with empathy, individuality and a consciousness.[...]
