SAD SONG OPEN MIC NIGHT & KARAOKE [September 10th]
WITH Alexandra Duvekot & Raphael Vanoli, Nora Tinholt, Alex Winters, Joshua Buijnink, Victor Engbers, Mel Chan, Naomi Jansen, Ibo Bakker, Fee Helwig and all karaoke singers.

To kick of the project The Party At The End Of The World EVA organized an Open Mic Night filled with melancholy and sadness. Tissue boxes on each table, inviting you to cry for the world, each other and what is lost. On the screen we see images of kids losing their ice-cream, burning sunsets and abandoned kittens. It was a magical night with moving contributions and collective sadness.

EVA send out an open call for the Sad Song Open Mic Night:
Do you want to share your sadness? Everyone [!] is invited to take the stage, regardless age or skill. Sing your own sad song or choose from the sad karaoke songs available, read a tragic poem or make a speech.

An ungoing series of evenings about alternative ways of thinking, titled: THINK DIFFERENT/DENK ANDERS. Accessible meetings to come to new insights together. Each evening has its own theme and makers, musicians, artists and thinkers who are working around this topic are invited to contribute.
